Such changes may include, but are not limited to, modifications in the course curriculum, instructors, scheduling, and course materials.
These changes are made in the interest of maintaining the highest educational standards or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in technology, industry standards, or academic requirements.
In the event of such changes, DentaNet Aps is not obligated to provide a refund of any course fees or other charges already paid by the participants. By enrolling in this Symposium, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be processed for changes made to the course program.

Symposium Program Change Disclaimer
I hereby accept the cancellation policy upon signing up. DentaNet will send a confirmation and an invoice. DentaNet takes into account if we need to cancel the course in which case we will refund the whole amount. In case we need to postpone the course, a full refund will be done unless the postponement is more than 4 months ahead.
Cancellation will only be accepted in wirting to this e-mail: mail@dentanet.dk. The following policies and deadline apply: If cancellation is done more than 30 days before the course, a fee of 10% is kept by DentaNet. If cancellation is done more than 7-30 days before the course, a fee of 50% is kept by DentaNet. If cancellation is done less than 6 days before the course the full fee is kept by DentaNet. However the course spot can be handled over to a colleague at the same practice at no cost, but we need to know about the change including full name, e-mail and phone number of the new delegate at least 2 days before the course at this e-mail: mail@dentanet.dk
In the case of a course cancellation DentaNet is not responsible economically for any costs related to external like transportation, flights or hotel bookings done by the delegate.
